Can you believe it? In just three years, as weekend warriors our family has explored 23 incredible states! We’ve journeyed from the rugged beauty of the West to the serene shores of Lake Michigan, climbed the majestic Appalachian Mountains, and stood in awe at Niagara Falls, one of the 7 Wonders of the World. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

The Wild, Wild West and Northern Plains

The West always called to us, a siren song of adventure and wonder. It was the pinnacle of our bucket list dreams! My sister and I navigated from Death Valley to Louisville in the winter of 2022, but as a family, the West was uncharted territory. Finally, we embarked on our big, EPIC family adventure to the West, and oh, what a journey it was!

South Dakota: Where the wild, wild West comes alive!
Wyoming: Home to breathtaking landscapes and skies that stretch forever.
Montana: Big Sky Country stole our hearts.

The Sunny Southeast

From the rolling hills of Kentucky to the sun-kissed beaches of Florida, the Southeast was a symphony of diverse landscapes and warm welcomes.

Kentucky Y’All! Where the grass is bluer and the adventures are endless.
Tennessee: Music, mountains, and memories.
Alabama: Southern charm and history at every turn.
Georgia: Peaches, history, and southern hospitality.
Florida: Sun, sand, and endless fun.
Arkansas: A natural wonderland waiting to be explored.
South Carolina: We had a spooky great time hunting for ghost in Charleston!

The Great Lakes region was a refreshing escape, with each state offering its unique brand of beauty and adventure.

Michigan: Where the lakes are great, and the adventures are greater.
New York: Beyond the Big Apple, a world of natural wonders.
Ohio: More than just buckeyes; a state full of surprises.
